6) Gifts of the Holy Spirit

Wisdom

Wisdom means to truly know what is right and do it no matter what others say. You also gain a lot of knowledge from experiences when you are wise and you do not judge people that easily. Wisdom is important because it helps you do the right thing and follow the path of God.

Understanding

Understanding means to know why things are happening. Understanding can help other people because you know what to do and you try to find ways to make the other person feel better. To understand, you can listen and connect to the other person by picturing the situation so you can try to relate it with yourself. Understanding is important because you gain more knowledge to do what needs to be done.

Counsel

Counsel means to have the right judgment and to know what's right from wrong. These people want to create change to make the world a better place and they lead others towards the good path. They also think very critically to make the right decision. The gift of counsel is important because you can save yourself from the wrong path and walk in the right path towards a great life. 

Knowledge

Knowledge means to know and understand the world, people and much more. Everyone gains knowledge through experiences or by learning. The gift of knowledge can help us discover, provide facts, create solutions and think critically using the knowledge gained. Knowledge is important because it helps you create new discoveries and makes you aware of the world around us.

Fortitude

Fortitude means to be courageous and keeping promises. The gift of fortitude allows us to conquer our fears, listen to yourself, not give in to peer pressure, and fight for what is right and just. The gift of fortitude is important because you have the free will to live your life the way you feel is right. 

Piety

Piety means to believe, be loyal and be faithful to God. This gift lets us be strong when we're with God. We can be with God by praying, attending church, celebrate sacraments and 

more. This gift makes us feel safe when we're with God.

Fear of the Lord

Fear of the Lord means to the amazed by God; how loving, caring, and important he is. This gift lets us realize the wonderful gifts God has given us and his plan that guides us to peace, happiness, and goodness. A person with this gift worships and thanks God for all he has done and is not afraid to talk and praise God. This gift is important because it lets us communicate to God and show how appreciative we are.

5) Reflection on the Apostles' Creed

In my opinion, the Apostles' Creed shows we believe in. 

The first part shows that the Father from the Holy Trinity is God who is very powerful and created everything, including the world and us humans. 

The second part describes Jesus; how he was born, how he died and who he is. Jesus is the Son who is God as a human. He is the Messiah. God made Mary the mother who gave birth to Jesus. Pontius Pilate tortured and sentenced Jesus to death by crucifixion. They buried him and on the third day he came back to the living and ascended to heaven to be reunited with God. In heaven, he judges who may enter.

The third part explains what we believe in. The Holy Spirit is God and the third person of the Trinity. The holy catholic church is a place where we can be with God. The communion is when we have the body of Christ, we are with God forever. God will always forgive us for our sins and when we die, we will ascend to heaven and live with God forever.
